Elder Care Law

What is elder care law, and why is it important?

Elder law is a relatively newer specialty in the legal field, created largely in part by the baby boomer generation. The fact that our nation is growing older and people tend to live longer has opened up this necessary field of law to protect the rights and interests of a growing population. A Houston elder law attorney will work with a client in respect to their financial planning, future health care needs and social organizations, to meet their needs.
